1) Have your own reusable water bottle

By having your own reusable water bottle it will be very convenient, cheap, and good for the environment. You will always have one on hand, not have to constantly pay for new ones, and will be reducing your carbon footprint.

    2) Marking your water bottle by the hour

Hopefully you don’t mind drawing on your water bottle, but mark lines on your water bottle for every hour. This setting intervals and goals to keep you motivated to make sure you drink the proper amount of water.

   3) Rubber bands to keep track

If your goal is to drink multiple bottles of water each day, but lose track use the rubber band trick. At the top of your bottle wrap around the amount of rubber bands you want to represent how many bottles you want to drink. Every bottle you drink slide a rubber band down until you reach your goal.

4) Eat food filled with water

Drinking water is important, but you can also stay hydrated by eating certain foods. Cucumbers, celery, lettuce, tomatoes, watermelon, and carrots are all very hydrating foods. If you ever want to add flavor you water cucumbers, oranges, and lemon add a nice taste.
