Downtown Fredericksburg’s Restaurant Week

Grace Mamon, Managing Editor

Downtown Fredericksburg’s annual Restaurant Week is back! From January 12 to January 22, participating restaurants will be offering a varied menu of three-course meals for a discounted price in order to promote local businesses and chefs.

Restaurant Week is the perfect opportunity to try a new restaurant downtown, or revisit an old favorite. If the atmosphere alone isn’t enticing enough, the prices will be.

Over twenty of Downtown Fredericksburg’s restaurants are participating, and have chosen one of two price points. Dinner will be sold at either $20.17 or $30.17, depending on the restaurant (full list can be found below), and those providing lunch will serve it for $10.17. A few of them, namely Eileen’s Bakery and Sprelly, are offering lunch only.

This event is a celebration of Fredericksburg’s cuisine and is the perfect excuse to make a trip downtown, especially with the potential to win a $250 gift card. Participators must collect stamps from each restaurant they attend in the booklet, and submit it to the Fredericksburg Visitors Center by January 25th to be eligible to win. This gift card can be used anywhere in Downtown Fredericksburg.
