Fredericksburg’s Scenic Cinema

Grace Mamon, Managing Editor

This Saturday, March 25, Friends of the Rappahannock is sponsoring a film festival at UMW’s Dodd Auditorium for the sixth year in a row. The Wild and Scenic Film Festival will include 12 short films about amazing but unfortunately threatened places around the world. Each is meant to showcase the beauty of the environment and inspire a love for protecting the world we live in. Tickets for this event will be $10 if purchased online beforehand and $15 at the door. School students can attend free of charge and college students can attend for free with an ID.
